1. OVERVIEW

At Earthen Living, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

By placing an order on www.earthenliving.in, you agree to the terms below.


2. RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • The item should not be damaged due to misuse

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food items, dry fruits, organic consumables)
  • Personal care / hygiene products (if opened or used)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Books, magazines, CDs/DVDs (if opened)
  • Discounted / sale items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Certain home décor items (as specified on product pages)

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on www.earthenliving.in
  2. Select the order and raise a return request
  3. Our team will review and share:
    • Approval confirmation
    • Return instructions
    • Return shipping address

Important:

  • Do not ship the product without approval
  • Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of approval

6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will reimburse return shipping up to ₹100
  • For all other returns (change of mind, preference), customer bears return shipping cost

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval/rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Options:

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Store credit / voucher (if opted by customer)

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error)
  • Missing parts or packaging
  • Return request raised beyond the allowed timeline but accepted as an exception

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

10. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items delivered

11. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos as proof

Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim.


12. GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a store credit upon return
  • If not marked as a gift, refund will be issued to the original purchaser

13. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)
