CANCELLATION POLICY – EARTHEN LIVING

1. OVERVIEW

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on www.earthenliving.in can be cancelled.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • To cancel, you must:
    • Log in to your account and cancel the order, OR
    • Email us at info@earthenliving.in with your order details

If cancellation is successful:

  • A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy

3. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION (BY EARTHEN LIVING)

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment failure or incomplete transaction
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Bulk orders flagged for resale or misuse

In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email or phone
  • A full refund will be processed (if payment was received)

4. CANCELLATION OF PREPAID ORDERS

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch without charges
  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in:
    • Restriction of COD access
    • Requirement of prepaid orders for future purchases

6. REFUND PROCESS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

  • Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days
  • Actual credit timeline depends on your bank/payment provider

7. MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

  • Changes to orders (address, product, quantity) are allowed only before dispatch
  • Requests after dispatch will not be accommodated
