criteria and standards that all products and sellers must meet to be eligible
for listing, promotion, and sale on our platform.
By partnering
with Earthen Living, all sellers agree to comply with the requirements
outlined in this document, which forms an integral part of the Earthen
Living Legal Partnership Agreement.
2. Scope
This policy
applies to:
- All sellers, vendors, and partners
- All products listed, promoted, or sold through Earthen
Living
3. Core
Product Acceptance Criteria
All products must
meet one or more of the following categories:
- Ethical Products
- Sustainable Products
- Certified Organic Products
- Natural Products
- Eco-Friendly Products
- Handicraft Products
4. Ethical
Standards (Mandatory Compliance)
All sellers must
adhere to the following non-negotiable ethical practices:

& Workforce
- No use of child labor at any stage of production
- Fair wages must be paid across all levels of the
organization

Environmental Responsibility
- Active efforts must be made to reduce pollution
affecting:
- Air
- Water
- Soil
4.3
Transparency
- Sellers must maintain transparency in production
processes
- Earthen Living reserves the right to
request:
- Site visits
- Production details
- Operational disclosures
Failure to comply
may result in rejection or removal from the platform.
5.
Sustainability Requirements
Sellers must
demonstrate a commitment to sustainability, defined as:
Meeting present
needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own
needs.
This includes:
- Environmental responsibility
- Social impact awareness
- Economic fairness

Sellers may be required to submit a Sustainability Plan or Statement.
6. Organic
Certification Requirements
For products
marketed as “Organic,” valid certification is required.

- Provide clear and accurate product descriptions
Earthen Living
reserves the right to verify ingredient claims.
8.
Eco-Friendly Product Criteria
Products must:
- Minimize environmental impact across their
lifecycle
- Use sustainable raw materials and processes
- Reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption
9. Handicraft
Product Criteria
Handicraft
products are accepted under the following conditions:
- Created by individual artisans or small-scale
producers
- Made using natural or eco-friendly materials
- Suitable for daily use or decorative purposes
Mass-produced
items may not qualify under this category.
10. Product
Information & Disclosure
All sellers must
provide:
- Accurate product descriptions
- Ingredient/material details
- Manufacturing process overview (if requested)
Misrepresentation
may lead to:
- Immediate removal
- Termination of partnership
11. Right to
Review & Approval
Earthen Living
reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any product at its sole
discretion
- Conduct periodic reviews of listed products
- Request additional documentation or clarification
12. Compliance
& Enforcement
Non-compliance
with this policy may result in:
- Product delisting
- Account suspension
- Termination of partnership
